Cohort Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the policies for participating in the Pro Editors Club cohort. By enrolling, you agree to follow these guidelines.


1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if a student completes the entire cohort but is not satisfied with the learning outcome.
  • Eligibility criteria for a refund:
    • 100% project submission
    • Minimum 70% live session attendance
  • If these conditions are not met, refunds will not be issued.

2. Certificates

  • Certificates will be issued within one month of completing the cohort.
  • To qualify, students must:
    • Submit at least 70% of projects and tasks
    • Maintain at least 70% attendance in live sessions

3. Mentor Access

  • Mentors will be available during weekly live sessions for Q&A, feedback, and idea brainstorming.
  • Direct phone or WhatsApp support will not be provided. All communication will happen through the official community platform.

4. Attendance & Participation

  • Learning outcomes depend on active participation, practice, and implementation of feedback.
  • Students are expected to complete all tasks and projects and maintain at least 70% live session attendance.
  • All projects, tasks, and live sessions must be attended as per the given schedule. Sessions will not be extended or rescheduled by PEC. Students are responsible for managing their time and adapting to the cohort schedule.

5. Projects

  • Students will receive real-time footage each week to practice skills.
  • Weekly projects are structured as part of the “Zero to Pro” roadmap.
  • All project footage and instructions will be available on the platform.
  • Each week, the top 3 projects will be rewarded with Pro Points for recognition and motivation.

6. Placements & Outcomes

  • We do not guarantee 100% job placements.
  • Support services provided include:
    • Portfolio building
    • Niche selection
    • Networking opportunities
  • Placement success depends on student skill development, project completion, and alignment with industry needs.

7. Community Rules

  • Respectful communication is mandatory. No abusive language, spam, or irrelevant content will be tolerated.
  • Use the community sections as follows:
    • Q&A Section: For all questions and doubts
    • Community Feed: For progress updates, polls, tools, and insights
    • Chat Group: For brainstorming and casual discussions
  • Questions posted outside the Q&A section will not be addressed.
  • Violation of rules may result in removal from the community without refund.

8. Platform & Access

  • After enrollment, students will receive access to our web and mobile application.
  • Features include: learning modules, community interaction, doubt clarification, progress tracking, and resources.
  • Access to content is for personal use only and cannot be shared externally.

9. General Disclaimer

  • Pro Editors Club reserves the right to update policies, curriculum, and schedules as required.
  • Student success depends on individual effort, participation, and practice.
